visited the Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Sampang, Madura, Friday (17/10) to apologize for the Xpose Uncensored broadcast which has recently received attention.
The visit was attended by the Head of Trans7 East Java Bureau, Muhammad Walid and his team to express their apologies directly.

This visit was a continuation of their visit to the Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School, Kediri, East Java some time previously.In Lirboyo, the visit was led directly by Trans7 Production Director Andi Chairil, Detik Network CEO Abdul Aziz, and Trans7 HRD Division Head Antonius Refijanto.
Meanwhile, the Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School was attended by families, students and student alumni.The meeting, which lasted for about 2 hours, was conducive.
Spokesperson for the Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School, KH.Abdul Mu’id Shohib explained that his party had heard many clarifications conveyed by Trans7 staff.
“The meeting went well, many clarifications were given from Mr. Aziz and Mr. Andi regarding the broadcast on Trans7 last Monday afternoon,” said Abdul.
In a meeting at the DPR, Thursday (16/10), Trans7 announced that it had stopped the Xpose Uncensored program after receiving widespread criticism, especially from Islamic boarding school circles due to broadcasts which were deemed to be satirizing the Lirboyo Islamic boarding school, Kediri, East Java.
This was conveyed by the Main Director of Trans7, Atiek Nur Wahyuni.The meeting was chaired by Deputy Chairman of the DPR from the PKB Cucun Fraction, Ahmad Syamsurizal.
“Trans7 has stopped the Xpose Unsencored program from all broadcast channels, both social media television broadcasts and other official Trans7 digital platforms,” said Atiek in the meeting.
Atiek on that occasion again apologized for one of the broadcasts from his program on October 13.The apology is mainly addressed to the kiai, students and families of the Lirboyo Islamic boarding school.
“We want to explain that we have issued an official, open and concluded apology on the Trans7 screen and via the Instagram social media account @officialTrans7,” he said.
