Sued to commit acts against the law to the Central Jakarta District Court (PN).The plaintiff and written attorney is HM Subhan.
The lawsuit was included on Friday, August 29, 2025.
The lawsuit was registered with the case number: 583/Pdt.G/2025/PN JKT.Pst.Besides Gibran, another Defendant is the General Election Commission (KPU) of the Republic of Indonesia.
“The first trial: Monday, September 8, 2025,” reported from the PN Central Jakarta District Court (SIPP) information system page, Wednesday (3/9).
But SIPP PN Central Jakarta has not displayed the lawsuit petitum.
Subhan said the lawsuit questioned Gibran not having a high school diploma (SMA) held based on the Republic of Indonesia Law.
“Gibran does not have a high school diploma equivalent,” Subhan said when confirmed via a written message.
Subhan said there were losses in this case both material and immaterial, although not clearly mentioned.According to him, the object of the lawsuit affects the validity of the position that is now carried out by Gibran.
“Material and immaterial losses and validity,” Subhan said.
There has been no statement from Gibran related to the lawsuit to the Central Jakarta District Court.cartitleloans Indonesia is still trying to get a statement from Gibran and the Palace of the Vice President regarding this lawsuit.
