The report also said that the number of children who had been overweight in the last 25 years had increased dramatically from 194 million to 391 million.Of this number, most of them are classified as obesity.
The highest obesity rate occurs in several countries such as in NIUE with a percentage of 38 percent, Cook Islands 37 percent, and Nauru 33 percent.Obesity occurs in children and adolescents aged 5-19 years.
High-income countries also have a high level of obesity.Including including in Chile, United States, and the United Arab Emirates.
Almost in all regions, the number of obesity actually exceeds the number of weight deficiencies.
Researchers argue, processed foods and fast food that are high in sugar, carbohydrates, salt, unhealthy fats, and other addictive substances so the main crew is the main.
“Obesity is a problem that continues to develop and can affect the health and development of children. Processed foods are increasingly replacing fruits, vegetables, and protein. Researchers also note that in high -income countries, overweight tends to be more common in children and adolescents who come from underprivileged families.They are vulnerable to eating low nutritional foods.
While in low income countries, children are more likely to experience overweight if they come from capable families.
In middle-income countries, overweight in children includes all categories of income.In this category country, processed foods and drinks are also easier to obtain.
