from international soccer competitions.
In the AFP report, UN experts stated that the attitude of the world and European soccer agency must view the onslaught of Israel as an act of genocide against Palestine.
“The sports sector must dispose of the assumption that [what happened in Palestine] is an ordinary event. The national team that represents a country that performs the cruelty of human rights must be frozen,” said the UN expert in a statement, Tuesday (9/23).

Based on this statement, the freezing of the Israeli national team is a firm step as an answer to the cruelty that is happening in Palestine.
“The expert who served in the UN Human Rights Council, although it did not speak representing the organization, said that freezing Israel was an important response to the genocide that was happening,” said the report.
