Sued the State of Illinois, the aftermath of the plan to mobilize the National Guard to the City of Chicago.

Reporting Illinois and Chicago sued Trump’s government on Monday (6/10) after the government planned to mobilize troops to Chicago.

“The defendant’s deployment of the rederalized troops to Illinois clearly violates the law,” said the lawsuit.
“The plaintiff asks the court to stop the federalization of members of the United States National Guard that is illegal, dangerous, and unconstitutional, including the National Guard forces Illinois and Texas,” the lawsuit continued.
This lawsuit marks a new round of legal feud between Trump’s government and states.Since the last few months, Trump was sued because of his decision to mobilize troops to the state claimed to protect federal assets.
The lawsuit filed by Chicago and Illinois themselves was launched several hours after the federal judge blocked similar mobilization in Portland, Oregon.
A few days ago, the White House announced that 300 members of the Illinois National Guard will be sent to Chicago to secure assets and federal officials.
The news of this deployment was criticized by Governor Illinois JB Pritzker who rejected the plan because it was considered like an “invasion”.
The White House has responded to Pritzker’s rejection.Spokesman for White House Abigail Jackson said that his party would not remain silent over the “violation of the law that hit American cities.”
Since serving, Trump boosted his efforts to eradicate illegal immigrants in the United States.This step was protested hard for US citizens, especially migrants, until there was a clash between ICE immigration officers and the community.
One of the clashes took place in Los Angeles.After the clash, Trump mobilized the National Guard forces to reduce protests and secure the ICE operation.
National Guard Forces continue to be Trump’s weapon in securing order and immigration operations.
