Donald Trump
announced efforts to fet the peace between
Armenia
And
Azerbaijan
already successful.
Trump claimed that the two countries agreed to make peace through US peaceful peace efforts on Friday (8/8) local time.
Furthermore, said Trump, with the end of the conflict that has lasted for decades, the normalization of relations that strengthen bilateral economy is hope.
“It’s been a long time-35 years old-fought and now they are friends, and they will be friends for a long time,” Trump said in the signing ceremony of the Peace Pact at the White House, Washington DC, USA.
President Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister Armenia Nikol Pashinyan were present there with Trump.

Armenia and Azerbaijan, the two neighboring countries have been in conflict since the late 1980s.
The conflict began when Nagorno-Karabakh, the Azerbaijan mountainous region which was mostly inhabited by Armenian ethnic groups, separated from Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan then took back full control over the region in 2023. At that time it pushed almost all 100,000 ethnic Armenia in the region to evacuate to Armenia.
Trump said the two countries had committed to stop fighting, open diplomatic relations, and respect each other’s territorial integrity.
The agreement includes US exclusive development rights for strategic transit corridors through South Caucasus.According to the White House will facilitate the export of energy and other greater resources.
Trump said the United States signed a separate agreement with each country to expand cooperation in the fields of energy, trade and technology, including artificial intelligence.
