He added that the supervision strategy was carried out by the supervisory team coordinated by the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Industry.
This supervision includes independent verification institutions (LVI), certificate holders, to ministries/institutions and BUMN/BUMD involved.
“Strict sanctions will also be given to violations that will occur in the field, ranging from warnings, revocation of certificates. We also believe that reforms from the procedures for TKDN and BMP (Weight of Company Benefits) will eliminate the practice of TKDN Washing and Certificate of Certificate,” Agus said.

In his presentation, Agus explained that TKDN violations could occur in various forms, ranging from the delivery of incorrect documents, violations of commitment, production that was not in accordance with the certificate, to falsification of documents.
To overcome this, sanctions imposed include recommendations for revocation of TKDN certificates, revocation of the appointment of verification institutions, as well as sanctions for officials and services procurement officials in ministries or institutions.
Supervision itself is carried out thoroughly by the supervisory team under the coordination of the Inspectorate General.The scope of supervision includes independent verification institutions, certificate owners, to K/L/BUMN/BUMD.
