Luther said the BYD dealer provides installation assistance services including coordination with PLN.He said Kastemer should indeed buy a wall charger from a Byd dealer in order to get maximum service.
“We suggest that the charger should be installed to the BYD unit is a charger sold by our dealers. Therefore, at least there will be at least responsibility in terms of warranty, both of them have guarantees of quality, the three charger at least under the supervision of the installation of the BYD supplier,” Luther said.
