EGMS
) on Wednesday (8/27) yesterday.
In the reshuffle, they appointed Tony Setia Boedi Hoesodo to become the President Commissioner of the company to replace Amien Sunaryadi.
They also appointed Deputy Minister of Law Edward Omar Sharif Hiariaj;Golkar Party politician Rambe Kamarulzaman, Deputy for Administration of the Secretariat of the Thanon Cabinet Secretariat Aria Dewangga, former Chairman of the North Sulawesi Gerindra DPD, Gerindra Party politician Widjojono Hardjanto became the Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of the Company.
In the position of the Board of Directors, the company appointed Arief Kurnia Risdianto to be the President Director to replace Arief Setiawan Handoko.
With this reshuffle, the following is the composition of the new Directors and Commissioners of PGN;
