Lisa Cook will sue the President of the United States (US)
Donald Trump
for arbitrary dismissal.
Lisa considered Trump not authorized to fire him.Lisa did not accept Trump’s accusations about her involvement in a mortgage fraud case.
“President Trump does not have the authority to remove the Lisa Cook Federal Reserve Governor. His actions fired Lia, only based on a referral letter, not based on a facts or legal basis. We will file a lawsuit for this illegal action,” Cook’s attorney said through a written statement to

The lawsuit plan was submitted several hours after Trump uploaded Lisa’s dismissal letter on social media.In the letter, Trump reasoned that Cook was allegedly involved in a number of mortgage frauds.
Lisa Cook was the target of Trump’s accusations and government officials in recent times.However, there is no legal process that states Cook guilty of alleged mortgage fraud.
Cook’s attorney team also became the attorney of New York Attorney General Lieutenant James.James was also examined by the FBI for alleged mortgage fraud.
Previously, US President Donald Trump suddenly fired the Governor of The Fed Lisa Cook.He did the dismissal through a piece of letter uploaded on social media.
Trump said that he had received a report from the Director of the US Housing Funding Agency William J. Pulte about the alleged involvement of Cook in a mortgage fraud.
Trump said The Fed has an important task of determining interest rates and other policies.He was worried that the community would lose confidence if there were members of The Fed who were involved in the case.
“You are with this to be removed from your position at the Board of Governors of The Federal Reserve, applies immediately,” Trump said in a letter reported

This is history in the US.There has never been a president to fire the Fed members since it was founded 111 years ago.
