Questioning the continuation of the legal process that is rolling in the IX/1 Kupang Military Police Station.
They questioned this because more than 40 days the case had not yet risen to the trial.So, the family claimed to worry that something was hidden from the case.
“This has been 40 days, but until now do not know how its development is,” said Sergeant Major (Serma) Kristian Namo Father Prada Lucky told reporters Wednesday (9/17) night.
He claimed not to have received the latest notification from the Denpom investigator about the development of the case file of the senior persecution that made his second son die.
“The case is clear, the suspect has existed but how come this is a long time, there has been no clarity,” he said.

The situation made him suspect that the case was deliberately slowed down and then removed.
“This is all unclear, it’s been too long, 40 days, I want Lucky’s biological father to be fast,” he said.
According to him, that concern arose over his capacity as the biological father of Prada Lucky who was a child died due to a natural violence, not as a member of an active TNI.
Denpom IX/1 Kupang has named 22 suspects of the Army TNI soldiers who served in the Territorial Battalion of the Development of 834/Waka NGA Mere as a suspect in the case of the death of Prada Lucky.
Of the 22 suspects, three of them were the first officers with the rank of First Lieutenant (First Lieutenant) and two Lieutenant (Letda) two people.
Prada Lucky Chepril Saputra Namo (23) Army TNI soldiers who served in the Territorial Battalion of the Development of 834 Waka Nga Mere (Yon TP 834/WM) Nagekeo died allegedly due to the natural torture carried out by his seniors in the Battalion Dormitory.
Prada Lucky died on Wednesday (6/8).He had been undergoing treatment for four days at the Aeramo Regional Hospital Intelive Care Unit (ICU), Nagekeo.
His body was then taken home to Kupang after being picked up by his biological parents, Serma Kristian Namo and his mother Sepriana Paulina Mirpey on Thursday (7/8).
After two days buried in the funeral home, Prada Lucky’s body was buried on Saturday (9/8) with a military ceremony.
Before the ceremony was carried out by the Military Service, it was preceded by a funeral led by Rev. Lenny Walunguru from GMIT Batu Karang Kuanino.
