From the information gathered, students who experience poisoning today occur after eating MBG.But the MBG menu that was eaten was different from the incidence of poisoning that had previously occurred in the region.
The students who were victims today reportedly received emergency treatment.For the time being, they were evacuated to the post that had been prepared in Cipongkor District.
The day before the West Bandung Regent Jeje Ritchie Ismail determined the case of MBG poisoning students in Cipongkor as an Extraordinary Event (KLB).
Determination of the KLB status was carried out after the victims of the MBG poisoning case in Cipongkor District from Monday (9/22) to Wednesday morning reached 411 students of PAUD to high school/vocational high school.
Of the 411 people, 47 people were still undergoing inpatients and 364 people underwent outpatient in several locations, namely Cililin Regional Hospital, Cipongkor Puskesmas, GOR Cipongkor District, and RSIA Anugrah.
“Until Wednesday (9/24) this morning, there were 411 people affected by MBG poisoning. 364 was still being treated and 47 inpatients,” said the Head of the Cipongkor Health Center, Yuyun Sariihotimah as quoted by

He said those who underwent hospitalization, his condition still experienced various symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and shortness of breath.
Everything is still monitored intensive hospital health workers where they are treated.
“Common symptoms such as vomiting, nausea, dizziness, then shortness of breath. In general, that’s the symptoms,” Yuyun said.
Yuyun said that his party and the hospital where the patient care was still alerted to receive and carry out optimal treatment for patients.
“We continue to carry out intensive monitoring and care to ensure the victim’s condition improves. Some places are still alerted to accept additional patients,” Yuyun said.
