The daughter of Pakubuwono XIII’s first marriage emphasized that her father had established KGPAA Hamangkunegoro Sudibyo Rajaputra Narendra ing Mataram.
“I must emphasize, Sinuhin (Pakubuwono XIII) has appointed and inaugurated the crown prince,” he said.
The appointment of KGPAA Hamangkunegoro, said Timoer, had also been agreed upon by the family of Pakubuwono XIII.
Timoer said parties outside the nuclear family do not have a say in determining the successor to the royal throne.He even called the rejection of the crown prince a violation of customs.
“If that happens (rejection), it means they are violating customs,” he said.
However, he has not explained when the KGPAA Hamangkunegoro will be inaugurated.

Since 2022, Pakubuwono XIII has crowned KGPAA Hamangkunegoro as crown prince.
He was the son of PB XIII and the empress GKR Pakubuwono (or KRAy Pradapaningsih).He was only 21 years old when he was crowned crown prince.
His birth name was recorded as Gusti Raden Mas Suryo Aryo Mustiko, then when he was appointed his title changed to KGPH Purbaya or KGPAA Hamangkunegoro.
