Chairman YLBHI M. Isnur again questioned Prabowo’s intention to reform the National Police, whether it was mere or serious or serious in fixing the police.
“We responded both intentions and words from the President, but the question is whether it is just a gimic, answering the arrival of figures collected from GNB or in-depth and serious awareness of the current police problems,” Isnur said at a press conference on Monday (9/15) yesterday.
Isnur stated that there were three things that could answer the question, whether the government was serious or did not carry out the National Police reform.
First, Isnur stated that the National Police Reform Team must have effective authority, as well as the results of their work not only in the form of reports and become winds and then for the government.

Secondly, Isnur also urged the team to be fronted by competent people and had a good track record of the issue of police reform.He requested that the team be filled by people with high integrity and represent elements of civil society and academic elements, so that they are free from potential conflicts of interest.
