) Aborting Requests for Reconsideration (PK)
Silfester Matutina
as convicted of the alleged spread of slander against former Vice President Jusuf Kalla (JK).
“Thus, we declare this examination to be completed and died,” said Chief Judge I Ketut Darpawan in the Review Session (PK) at the South Jakarta District Court (PN), Wednesday (8/27).
The judge stated that a statement from the hospital related to Silfester that was still being treated was unacceptable.
A number of questions, according to the judge, could not be answered in the statement of the letter.
“Because of what, first the pain is unclear, there is no information about what pain, unlike the first letter. Secondly, the doctor is also unclear. There is a signature but the doctor’s name is unclear,” he said.
