“Everyone is trying to improve the main routes, both those entering Tapteng and those inside, because we know the route to Tapteng is open but limited,” said Bobby, Wednesday (3/12).
Bobby said that several points still cannot be passed by large vehicles, even though heavy equipment is really needed to speed up the handling of landslide material.The government is working to accelerate the opening of the route.

“There are heavy vehicles that cannot yet enter, but this is really needed. We are working hard to open the route, but cooperation and patience are still needed to reach the affected areas,” said Bobby.
Not only that, added Bobby, the need for clean water is still urgent.The government continues to coordinate to ensure that clean water supplies can be immediately met for the refugees.
“We will distribute logistical aid to areas that we can access, but those that are not yet available will still be by air while we wait for our heavy equipment to open access to areas that are difficult to reach,” said Bobby.
