(RK) opens his voice regarding the determination
Lisa Mariana
as a suspect in a case of alleged defamation.
Through his attorney, Muslim Jaya, RK welcomed the decision of Bareskrim Polri investigators to name Lisa as a suspect.
“Perhaps he has heard from the media. Once again he only said that the truth will find its own way and he appreciated the work of the National Police investigators who have worked professionally by putting forward legal evidence,” said Muslim when confirmed, Sunday (19/10).

Muslim also said that the designation of Lisa as a suspect was also proof that the criminal elements in this case had been fulfilled.
“We appreciate that Bareskrim has named Lisa Mariana as a suspect because legally she has fulfilled the criminal elements of the alleged criminal act of defamation committed by LM against our client, Mr. RK,” he said.
“Once again, this is proof that investigators worked professionally in bringing the case to justice,” he continued.
Bareskrim Polri previously named Lisa Mariana as a suspect in the alleged defamation case of former West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil.
“Last week (the suspect was identified),” said Head of Sub-Directorate I Dittipidsiber Bareskrim Polri, Kombes Rizki Agung Prakoso when confirmed, Sunday (19/10).
The plan is that Lisa is also scheduled to be questioned as a suspect on Monday (20/10).
According to Rizky, Lisa received the summons on Friday (16/10).
It is known that in this case, Bareskrim Polri has carried out a DNA test on former West Java Governor Ridwa Kamil (RK) with Lisa Mariana’s child with the initials CA.The result was that RK’s DNA did not match or was non-identical to CA’s.
Meanwhile, Lisa still firmly believes that RK is the biological father of her child with the initials CA.Lisa also admitted that she was shocked after seeing the results of the DNA test that had been carried out.Based on the test results, he believed that RK was the biological father of his child.
Lisa claimed that after being shown by investigators, there was a several percent DNA similarity between her child and RK.Therefore, he admitted that he was surprised why RK was not said to be CA’s biological father.
On the other hand, RK’s attorney, Muslim Jaya, emphasized that he rejected the request for a repeat DNA test in Singapore submitted by Lisa’s camp.
He emphasized that there was no legal basis for his client having to undergo the DNA testing process again.
He assessed that the DNA testing process carried out by the National Police Health Center also complies with SOPs and procedures and is internationally accredited.
