stated that he was ready to file a counterclaim (reconvention) against
Nikita Mirzani
and the artist’s assistant, Mail, regarding the return of IDR 4 billion which was said to be the result of extortion.
The lawsuit will later fall into the Unlawful Act category, which is based on the criminal decision in the extortion case that ensnared Nikita Mirzani.

“With the criminal decision declaring Nikita and Mail guilty of extortion, we will demand that the IDR 4 billion be returned,” said Surya Batubara as Reza’s attorney at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday (4/11).
Zulkifli Siregar as another attorney also commented on the basis of Reza Gladys’ counterclaim against Nikita Mirzani.The lawsuit will also include additional compensation for the losses suffered by his client.
“Nikita and Mail received IDR 4 billion, it was against the law, it was proven yesterday that they were sentenced to a hammer blow. It’s legal against the law, yes,” said Zulkifli.

“The unlawful act that we are suing for is forcing Dr. Reza to hand over Rp. 4 billion. It must be returned along with other losses.”
He stated that a counterclaim would be filed if Nikita did not withdraw her civil lawsuit.
“Even if it is revoked, we will sue. The Rp. 4 billion still has to be returned,” emphasized Zulkifli.
Separately, Marulitua Sianturi as Nikita Mirzani’s attorney stated that his party had not received the lawsuit so he was reluctant to comment.
However, he confirmed that the civil lawsuit filed by Nikita Mirzani against Reza Gladys was not a joke as alleged by Reza Gladys.
“This is of course not haphazard, because in law there is a principle of the burden of the person who sues, he must prove it. We are ready to prove the arguments for our lawsuit,” said Marulitua as reported by InsertLive.
Nikita Mirzani previously filed a civil lawsuit against Reza Gladys worth IDR 244 billion for alleged unlawful acts related to cooperation in promoting beauty products which Reza Gladys said was canceled unilaterally.
