It is said to be issuing a Presidential Regulation on nutritious eating governance.
Head of the National Nutrition Agency Dadan Hindayana said that the Perpres is currently being designed and targeted to be completed this week.
“Now it is being completed related to the Perpres Governance of Nutritious Eating, which hopefully this week has been signed by the President,” Dadan said in a working meeting with the House of Representatives Commission IX at the Parliament Complex, Jakarta, Wednesday (1/10).

Dadan said that support for the MBG program was very important, given the rampant cases of poisoning.
“Not only security, sanitation, hygiene, handling victims, but also the need for a large supply chain,” he said.
Dadan said that after the Perpres was published, he together with cross -ministry would work even more closely with each other.
He stated that in the future they will emphasize the importance of fulfilling the sanitation and hygiene aspects of SPPG.
The case of MBG poisoning was recently in the public spotlight.This has drawn criticism from various elements of society.
BGN noted that there were 6,517 victims of poisoning due to consuming MBG since January 2025.
The details are 1,307 victims in region I or Sumatra Island.Then 4,207 victims for the Monitoring area II or Java and 1,003 victims for the Monitoring Area III or Eastern Indonesia.
Dadan said the most poisoned cases occurred in Java with a total of 45 cases.
He also revealed the rise of poisoning students in the last two months due to SPPG who did not comply with SOP.
Dadan gave an example in several cases of MBG poisoning found that there was a SPPG who bought raw materials since D-4 processing.In fact, the rules regulate that the purchase of raw materials on H-2.
