He revealed this in his speech at the General Session of the United Nations (UN) in New York, United States (US), Tuesday (9/23).
Initially Prabowo alluded to the growth of world population, so that the threat of food, energy and water that haunted all countries.Prabowo said that Indonesia answered the challenge, even as much as possible could help other countries with food self -sufficiency programs.

“This year, Indonesia recorded the highest rice production and grain reserves in our history. We have been self -sufficient in rice,” Prabowo said in his speech.
“We began to export rice to other countries in need, including providing rice for Palestine,” he added.
He said Indonesia built a strong food supply chain, strengthening farmers’ productivity, and investing in Climate Smart Agriculture.
According to him, all of these efforts were to ensure food security for Indonesian children, as well as children around the world.
“We are sure that in this difficult time, Indonesia will become a paradise for the world, as the largest archipelago in the world,” he concluded.
