Chairman of the PDIP DPP, Said Abdullah responded to the volunteers’ support
Projo
against the President’s government
Prabowo Subianto
along with the organization’s plans to replace the silhouette of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo on its logo.
Said assessed that Projo’s political strategy through support was only known to its general chairman, Budi Arie Setiadi.Including the possibility that Projo will entrust Jokowi’s son who is also Vice President, Gibran Rakabuming.
“Is there something hidden by Budi Arie? Of course Budi Arie knows better,” said Said at the parliament complex, Tuesday (4/11).

“That he supports Mr. Prabowo while piggybacking on something behind his back by entrusting Mr. Gibran, for example, is just normal. That’s just a political strategy,” he added.
Said said he also didn’t want to know if the support was an effort to protect the law after Budi Arie’s name was dragged into an online gambling case.He believes that Gerindra is not a group of criminals.
The chairman of the DPR’s Budget Agency (Banggar) believes that Gerindra will be offended if it is used as a place of legal asylum.
“Certainly Gerindra doesn’t want to either. Gerindra wants to be the same party as PDIP. The party is a gathering place for people who are able to provide great ideas for the progress of the nation,” he said.
Budi Arie previously revealed the reasons for his desire to join the Gerindra Party. He admitted that he wanted to strengthen President Prabowo Subianto’s political agenda by strengthening the party led by the President.
This statement was conveyed by Budi Arie at the III Projo Congress which was held at the Grand Sahid Hotel, Jakarta, Saturday (1/11).
“Please allow me, if one day I join a party, Projo’s friends can understand it. There’s no need to ask what party it is. For what reason? I might be the only person the President asks directly at a forum,” he said.
