PBNU Chairman Fahrur A Rozi explained the problem from the point of view of NU fiqh.According to him, hard objects affected by pigs can be purified again by washing clean.So, its use is not problematic and the food tray can be used again.
“If according to Fiqh NU, every hard object affected by the pig’s uncle can be purified by washing clean, there is no problem that can be used after washed clean,” Fahrur said when contacted on Thursday (9/18).
Fahrur also ensures that the MBG menu is also halal consumed after the food tray is cleaned.According to him, the MBG menu is only said to be haram if what is mixed is the food, not an ompreng or food tray.
“If pork oil is mixed with food, it’s clearly haram. If the ompreng is exposed to pork oil, it can be purified clean and may be used,” Fahrur said.
“It’s okay, halal,” he added when asked about the status of the food.
Even so, Fahrur assessed that the National Nutrition Agency needs to provide further explanation about the findings, especially about the form of the content and process.
“Regarding the issue of Ompreng MBG which contains pork, I think it needs further explanation, where it is located and how the process is,” he said.
Fahrur hopes that MBG in the future can be better and more hygienic.According to him, the program is beneficial for the community, especially students at Islamic boarding schools.
“We hope that MBG is best and more hygienic, this program is very beneficial for the community, especially students in pesantren,” he said.
Previously, it was blunt about one of the sub-districts in North Sulawesi (Sulut) who refused to accept free nutritious food (MBG).The reason is, the viral issue of tray (food tray) foods that are thought to contain pork oil.
Head of BGN Dadan Hindayana said that this made a number of North Sulawesi people doubt the halal nutritious eating that was channeled by the government.
“There is one sub -district in North Sulawesi that does not want to receive nutritious food because the viral places used which are considered doubtful,” he said after the signing of a memorandum of understanding synergy in the implementation of halal product guarantees in the National Nutrition Fulfillment Program at the Bappenas Office, Central Jakarta, Monday (8/9).
Meanwhile, Dadan explained that the real oil was not used as a component of MBG food tray.The omprengan is made of a number of types of metals, including nickel.Oil, said Dadan, is used only in the process of printing food tray.However, the oils were rinsed after the printing process was carried out.
“The oil is used at the time of stamping or printing used in the device so that it is not hot and easy. Well, then after printing, the oil will then be cleaned, soaked, cleaned so that it is sterile,” he explained.
