welcomed the official recognition of his state by several countries on Sunday (9/21) before the meeting of the UN General Assembly.
The Palestinian authority states that the step will protect the two -state solutions and realize peace.
In a statement, the Palestinian Foreign Ministry expressed his gratitude to the British, Canada and Australia for their “brave decision” to officially recognize the Palestinian state.

, the decision to recognize the Palestinian state is in line with “international law and legal UN resolution.”
The ministry called the recognition as “recognition of the rights of the fair and valid Palestinian people, as well as ensuring the protection of two-state solutions from genocide, hunger, refugee, and annexation crimes that continue to be carried out” by Israel.
On Sunday (9/21), Britain, Australia, and Canada officially recognized the state of Palestinian, ahead of the meeting of the UN General Assembly this week.
However, the announcement from the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada, which is the main power of the Western and old Israeli allies, showed that Israel was increasingly isolated internationally in line with its genosid in Gaza, where more than 65,200 Palestinians had died.
Israel and the United States repeatedly argued that recognizing the state of Palestinian in the midst of the ongoing war in Gaza would be a “gift” for Hamas.
In the UN General Assembly in New York, USA, next week, more countries have promised to recognize the Palestinian state, including France.
