Threatening to carry out “firm reply actions” of provocation from joint military training between South Korea and the United States which will be held in the near future.
The warning was conveyed by North Korea’s Minister of Defense No. Kwang Chol on Monday (11/8), as reported by government media

The US and South Korea are scheduled to hold the Ulchi Freedom Shield annual exercise on August 18-21.This exercise aims to withstand threats from North Korea that have nuclear weapons.
North Korea has often condemned joint training between US-South and accusing it in preparation for invading his country.
“The DPRK armed forces will face US and South Korean war exercises with a comprehensive and firm reply in the framework of self -defense,” Chol said in his statement.
The US currently places around 28,500 its troops in South Korea.Washington and Seoul routinely hold a joint military exercise which they call is defensive.
The tension on the Korean Peninsula later showed signs of melting.
Both parties began to dismantle propaganda loudspeakers at the border, after South Korean President Lee Jae Myung who was elected in June asked for a softer approach to Pyongyang.
The Seoul military said the broadcast of propaganda in the demilitarization zone had been stopped since June.Lee also asked the civil group to stop the action of sending propaganda to North Korea using air balloons.
The two Korean relations have previously been at the lowest point in recent years under the reign of former President Yoon Suk Yeol who has been loud towards Pyongyang.
The condition made North Korea closer to Russia after Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine.
