and four members of the DPR were inactive following the demonstration wave from 25-31 August, Wednesday (29/10) today.
The five members of the DPR are Sahroni and Nafa Urbach from the NasDem faction, Uya Kuya and Eko Patrio from PAN, and Adies Kadir from the Golkar faction.
The initial hearing is planned to be held starting at 14.00 WIB, with an agenda of registration and review of reports or case materials.However, according to the rules, the trial will be held without the defendants present.

“So this is the first session. It is an internal MKD session that reviews reports, case materials, whether they can be tried or not,” said Deputy Speaker of the DPR, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad when contacted, Tuesday (29/10).
Apart from that, said Dasco, the initial internal trial will determine the schedule for the next trial.The Daily Chair of the Gerindra Party DPP admitted that this matter was completely handed over to the DPR MKD.
“I don’t know. The trial is only at 14.00 WIB. They determine who will be on what date, who will be on what date, that’s how it is,” he said.
Sahroni and Nafa Urbach from the NasDem faction, Uya Kuya and Eko Patrio from PAN, and Adies Kadir from the Golkar faction were deactivated as members of the DPR by their respective parties in the aftermath of the August 25-31 demonstration wave.
Their deactivation was carried out following public pressure because they were deemed to have no empathy for public criticism of a number of government policies and the performance of the DPR.
