“It’s great to be able to welcome the presence of Valentino Rossi, the MotoGP champion seven times who came to Jakarta,” said Menpora Erick.
Erick said that the moment of Rossi’s arrival to the country is expected to have a positive impact on the world of Indonesian motor racing.Besides that, the legend with the nickname The Doctor at the same time wanted to see the potential of Indonesian young racers.
“Rossi said he was very happy to be able to return to Indonesia and greet national automotive lovers. Rossi also saw the potential of our young racers to be able to excel in the future,” explained Erick.
Rossi is a former MotoGP racer with the most fans in Indonesia.Even though he had retired, he still got an extraordinary reception.
“His arrival (Rossi) proved that Indonesian racing fans were very supportive fans and were ready to support and enliven various international racing events in the country,” Erick said.
