Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin revealed the findings of bacteria, viruses, and chemicals that cause cases
poisoning

This was conveyed by Budi in a Working Meeting (Raker) with the House of Representatives Commission IX at the Parliament Complex, Jakarta, on Wednesday (1/10) today.He said this finding was found from the results of an examination of dozens of poisoning cases that occurred since January 2025.
“Of all the SPPG that we see there are poisoning, these are the causes of the medical basis. So there are bacteria, there are several viruses and some chemistry,” he said.

The details are Salmonella bacteria, Escherichia coli bacteria, bacterial bacteria cereus, staphylococcus aureus bacteria, clostridium perfringens bacteria, monocytogenes listeria bacteria, campylobacter bacteria and shigella.
Then the norovirus or rotavirus virus and the hepatitis A virus. While for chemicals namely nitrite and scombrotoxin or histamine.
On the same occasion, Budi said the Ministry of Health had made a module related to the MBG poisoning case.He said the module would be distributed to schools.
With the module, it is expected that schools can recognize the existing symptoms and prepare the mitigation steps if at any time poisoning occurs.
“So we see, how long the incubation period is. So we know how to respond to it, it must be fast. Then we also know where the source is from, what symptoms are like,” he said.
“So it makes it easier for teachers or schools if you want to see ‘oh the symptoms like this, what is the cause of this’ and what is the treatment,” he added.
