“This [Mandalika] will be the first GP circuit after becoming a champion, and I really enjoy it,” Marquez said at the Jakarta Presidential Palace.
Marquez had previously secured his position as the 2025 MotoGP world champion. The title this season was also the first for Marquez after five years.
He equal the title dreated by MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi with nine world titles and seven MotoGP titles.
The nearest will be the Indonesia Grand Prix MotoGP Mandalika 2025 will be held on 3-5 October.Marquez came as a champion.
Injurney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) stated that Pertamina ticket sales have sold 87 percent of the total tickets prepared.
“Ticket sales are currently moving and temporary data reaches 87 percent,” ITDC Operations Director Troy Warokka told reporters in Central Lombok, Tuesday (30/9), quoted from Antara.
“We make sure it’s better than the previous MotoGP Indonesia event. For tickets at Grandstand A and B, it has been sold a lot, safe,” Troy added.
Meanwhile the Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA) stated the total tickets prepared at the Mandalika 2025 MotoGP event at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit were 121 thousand tickets.
“The number of tickets prepared is the same as the 2024 MotoGP event which is 121 thousand tickets. Usually in the last seconds it has only increased for ticket sales,” said Managing Director of MGPA Priandhi Satria.
