Malaysia
(Fam) was seen shaking before FIFA gave a punishment.Unloading leadership pairs to rift issues with the coach adorn the news.
In July 2025, President Fam at the time, Datuk Joehari Ayub was annoyed to the Malaysian national team coach, Peter Cklamovski. He was offended by the statement of the tactician who claimed to be ‘threatened’ if the Malaya tiger lost to Vietnam in the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers.
Malaysia won 4-0 in the match. But Joehari Ayub asked Cklamovski to give an explanation about the words ‘internal sabotage’ which signaled non-technical pressure outside the match.
This had become a discussion of citizens because federation officials were usually harmonious with the national team coach in front of the mass media.

Until a month ago, the public highlight then led to Joehari Ayub’s decision to resign from his position as President of FAM.The problem is, the statement of withdrawal was not conveyed by Joehari Ayub himself.
Fam actually gave a written statement after the Executive Committee (Exco) FAM held a meeting chaired by FAM Vice President, Datuk Wira Mohd Yusoff Haji Mahadi, at the end of August 2025.
Even though Joehari Ayub only led FAM for six months after being elected through a congress held in February 2025. The Joehari Ayub period should have lasted until 2029.
Health reasons are said to be the main factor of Joehari Ayub stepping down from seat number one FAM.His position was then replaced by the representative, Datuk Wira Mohd Yusoff Haji Mahadi.
The problem is getting bigger when FAM is subject to sanctions from FIFA.FAM is obliged to pay a fine of 350 thousand CHF (equivalent to Rp7.3 billion) due to problems in the naturalized document of seven players.
Based on the release of FIFA on Friday (9/26) night WIB.The seven punished players were Gabriel Felipe Arrocha, Facundo Tomas Garces, Rodrigo Julian Holgado, Imanol Javier Machuca, Joao Vitor Brandao Figueiredo, Jon Irazabal Iraurgui, and Hector Alejandro Helver Serrano.
