In an interview with
BFM TV
, Macron said there was only one person who could do something in a situation in Gaza today, namely the American President.

Macron said Trump needed to pressure Israel to stop the conflict in Gaza so that it could free the hostages who were captured by Hamas.
He admitted that only Washington had a big influence on Israel’s decision.
“Why did he (US president) do more than us? We did not send weapons (to Israel) which allowed the Gaza conflict to be launched,” Macron said.
He also said that the Palestinian state would really be formed on the day when Israel recognized that.
On the other hand, Macron did not deny that there was concern for the recognition of his country to Palestinian independence will be replied to Israel.For example, Tel Aviv closed the French consulate in Jerusalem.
“We are ready (if closed). We have planned all the possible options, which means we will never remain silent,” he said.
“We only plan everything and we will always defend the interests of France,” added Macron.
In his speech at the UN session, Trump showed off the 7 wars in the world in just 7 months of his term of office.
The achievement, according to him, has never been done by any president or prime minister in the world.
“There is no president or prime minister, no other country has ever done something close to that. I did it in just seven months,” Trump said.
Trump said the seven wars were the Cambodia-Thailand war, the Kosovo-Serbia war, the Congo-Rwanda war, the Pakistani-Indian war, the Israeli-Iran war, the Egyptian-Ethiopian war, and the Armenian-Azerbaijan war.
He emphasized that these wars were successfully ended by him, and not by the United Nations.
Trump also said that the achievements he had made had encouraged a number of parties to propose that he received the Nobel Prize.Even so, he dismissed the proposal and confirmed that what is currently needed is “saving lives”.
Israel, Pakistan and Cambodia nominated Trump to be rewarded with the Nobel Peace for being an intermediary for a peace agreement or a ceasefire.
