Corruption Eradication Commission
(KPK) summoned the founder of the Perindo Party
Hary Tanoesoedibjo
, Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo, to be examined as a witness to the alleged corruption case of transporting social assistance at the Ministry of Social Affairs (Ministry of Social Affairs), Thursday (8/14).
Bambang was examined in his capacity as President Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Logistik.
“The examination was carried out at the Red and White KPK Building on behalf of RT, President Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Logistik,” KPK Spokesman Budi Prasetyo said through a written statement, Thursday (8/14).
Until this news was written, Bambang’s presence had not yet been seen at the KPK office.
Bambang was previously also involved in a corruption case in the distribution of rice social assistance to the family of the Beneficiary of the Family Hope Program (KPM PKH) in 2020-2021 at the Ministry of Social Affairs.He was examined as a witness at the investigation stage (December 2023) and trial (March 2024).
Previously, on Wednesday (8/13), investigators had already summoned five witnesses.
They are the Operations Director of PT Dosni Roha Logistik in 2021-2024 Herry Tho;President Director of PT Dosni Roha Logistik in 2018-2022 Canisius Jerry Tengker;Civil Servants of the Ministry of Social Affairs Ibn Solihin and Fathin Chamama;and Commissioner of PT DNR since 2018-present as well as Director of Business Development of PT Storesend Elogistics Gary Judianto Tanoesoedibjo.
The alleged corruption case of transporting social assistance is a development of a case that ensnared former Social Minister Juliari Peter Batubara and friends.
“This investigation since August 2025, the development of the social assistance case at the previous Ministry of Social Affairs,” Budi said, Wednesday (8/13).
There are already suspects named but have not been announced by the KPK’s identity.This includes the complete construction of the case will be conveyed if the investigation has been completed.
