Corruption Eradication Commission
(KPK) arrested Director of PT Wahana Adyawarna (WA) Menas Erwin Djohansyah as a suspect in a bribery case related to the handling of cases in
Supreme Court
(MA).
“Yes,” said KPK Deputy Acting and Execution Assistance Asep Guntur Rahayu when confirmed about the forced effort, Wednesday (9/24) night.

Confirmed separately, Menas Erwin’s lawyer, Elfano Eneilmy, said his client was picked up by the KPK today.Menas Erwin was picked up by investigators while at his family’s house.
“Right, he was picked up today,” Elfano said when confirmed through a written message.
When asked about the steps of the legal advisory team for the forced effort, Elfano had not responded.
Menas Erwin allegedly bribed former MA Secretary Hasbi Hasan.However, the construction of the case has not been given a detailed explanation by the KPK.
The name Menas Erwin had previously appeared in the KPK prosecutor’s indictment against Hasbi Hasan.It’s just that, he was called the gratification party.
On April 521 to July 5, 2021, located at Fraser Residence Menteng, Central Jakarta, Hasbi received lodging facilities in the form of room rent number 510 Apartment type- called Hasbi with the term ‘Sio’ worth Rp120,100,000 from Menas Erwin.
Then on June 24, 2021 to 21 November 2021, at The Hermitage Hotel Menteng, Central Jakarta, Hasbi received lodging facilities in the form of two room units, namely room number 111 type Junior Suite and room number 205 Executive Suite type totaling Rp240,544,400 from Menas Erwin.
Finally, on November 21, 2021 to 22 February 2022, at Novotel Cikini, Central Jakarta, Hasbi received lodging facilities in the form of room rental number 0601 and room number 1202 Executive Suite room type worth Rp162,700,000 from Menas Erwin.
The receipt of the facility is called the KPK prosecutor regarding the management of cases in the Supreme Court.
