A number of Jakarta’s main streets were reported in a state of quiet and smooth traffic flow this morning, Monday (1/8).
This condition occurs in line with the appeal of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government so that companies and offices conduct work from Work Home (WFH), as well as the appeal for learning at home or long distance learning on a number of campuses and schools.
Based on reports of traffic officers at TMC Polda Metro Jaya, the situation of traffic flow in the toll road in the city (Interchange Cawang) in the direction of Pancoran and the direction of Cikampek was monitored smoothly at around 08.49 WIB.
While at 08.30 WIB, the situation of the traffic flow at Post 5 Podomoro Jl.Yos Sudarso, North Jakarta, the direction of Sunter and the direction of Tanjung Priok, was observed to be crowded smoothly.

At 07.20 WIB, the traffic flow situation at the Traffic Light Roundabout of the Central Jakarta Monas Horse Statue leads to Kebon Sirih and vice versa was monitored smoothly.
The DKI Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy (Disnakertransgi) Office asked the company to impose its employees to work from home or work from WFH (WFH).
The appeal to work from the house was issued by DKI Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration through Circular Letter Number E-0014/SE/2025.

Since Thursday (8/28), Jakarta has been hit by a massive demonstration.The demonstration often led to clashes with the police.A number of public facilities were also damaged.
The government has stated a commitment to absorb the aspirations of the people.On the other hand, residents were also asked to refrain from provocation that leads to riots.
