“Later I will check the pattern (potential burden for KAI), of course the scheme should be proper, it must be true, because it must ensure that every company becomes healthy. Therefore I will check for the LRT regarding Adhi Karya,” Dony said at the Coordinating Ministry for Food Division, Central Jakarta, Monday (29/9).
The remaining Jabodebek LRT receivables are the obligation of Adhi Karya that was previously funded by the government.

The President Director of Adhi Karya Entus Asnawi previously stated that the Ministry of Finance had confirmed that the payment of the receivables would be transferred through KAI, with schemes such as State Capital Participation (PMN) or subsidies, so that KAI would pay Adhi Karya in full.
“Without this, in 2024 we have reduced debt to the supplier by around Rp4 trillion and debt to banking around Rp2.4 trillion, so it is quite good. If this is liquid, debt can go down even more, and this will be a working capital that we can use in the future,” Entus said in a public expose live in Jakarta, Monday (8/9), launching Antara.
The current process of repayment of receivables is still in the discussion stage between the Ministry of Finance, KAI, and and between, with the fastest completion target at the end of 2025.
Finance Director Adhi Karya Bani Iqbal said the company’s largest receivables are currently from the LRT project which is being discussed the payment mechanism.
For the record, the construction of the first phase of Jabodebek LRT for 44 kilometers was originally funded by the government through Presidential Regulation No. 98 of 2015 with PMN funds of Rp23.3 trillion from a total contract of Rp25.5 trillion.
This rule was then revised through Perpres Number 65 of 2016, which assigned Adhi Karya to build additional depots in addition to the overpass, stations and operating facilities.The total project budget reached Rp32.5 trillion.
