Will have two new natural attractions according to the Regency Government (Pemkab) Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan (East Kalimantan).
The two natural attractions are plotted as an effort of the North Paser Paser Regency Government to strengthen the tourism sector in line with the planned transfer of the Indonesian Capital City from Jakarta to parts of East Kalimantan Province.

The existence of the IKN built in parts of the North Penajam Paser Regency and Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province, is considered to provide an impact in increasing the opportunities of the local tourism sector to develop and provide the economic benefits of the community.
He said the North Penajab Regency Government must prepare the tourism sector to attract more visitors, or tourists, so that it boils down to improving the economy and welfare of the community.
“Currently the process of acquiring residents’ land to develop two natural attractions,” he said.
Penajam Paser Utara Regency Government involved an appraisal team (appraisal) which was tasked with assessing appropriate and reasonable land prices in land acquisition in order to develop coastal tourism objects and mangrove forests in the area, familiarly called Benuo Taka.
Is Sipakario Beach, Nipah-Nipah Village and Mangrove Forest Ecotourism (Bakau) Kelurahan Kampung Baru in Penajam District, tourist attractions that will be developed in IKN.
“Land acquisition is carried out transparently involving the appraisal team and land assessment based on the development plan by determining the prices offered to landowners,” Andi Israwati said.
He added, the results of the appraisal team’s assessment would be announced openly, especially to the landowner and after an agreement would be followed by the process of payment of the land acquisition.
