) projected to strengthen in trading Monday (11/8).
WH-PROJECT Founder William Hartanto said that after the MSCI adjustment, the JCI last week remained strengthened even though Candlestick formed a Bearish Engulfing pattern.
He noted that the index was opened with a 1 percent surge in the first session, but the Profit Taking action closed the gap on the same day.Even so, the JCI still survives above the bottoming area which is a positive signal.
“IHSG has the opportunity to continue strengthening even though there was a profit -taking action, because the index remains above the key support level,” William said in his daily research.
With this sentiment, William projects the JCI to move in the support range of 7,500 and resistance 7,600.
He also recommended a number of shares, namely Assa, ISSP, EXCL, and CSRA.
Meanwhile, MNC Securities Technical Analyst Herditya Wicaksana estimates that the JCI is still in the technical correction phase and has the potential to test the level of 7,259-7,415 as the nearest support area.
“The current position of JCI we estimate is in the Wave (IV) section of Wave [C], so it is still prone to continue correction,” Herditya said in his daily research.
He also predicted that IHSG moved at the support level 7,415, 7,344 and resistance 7,579, 7,675 today.Herditya also recommended a number of shares, namely BBTN, Bren, Inco, and TLKM.
JCI closed at 7,533 on Friday (8/8) afternoon.The stock index rose 43.20 points or up 0.58 percent of the previous trade.
Citing RTI Infokom, investors made a transaction of Rp18.52 trillion with the number of shares traded as many as 30.68 billion shares.
At the close of last week, 227 shares strengthened, 398 were corrected, and 170 stagnant.
