Often labeled as a generation that is fast mature.They also vent that there are always positive and negative sides born in the midst of the rapid development of the digital era.
After graduating from college, Revli Daffa Ramadhani decided to take an internship at a media company.Actually as the firstborn and the only man at home, he has thought about work that really produces.
Revli admitted that even though he studied in the field of journalism, he could not confirm that later he would go into the world of mass media.
“As a man, the first child, so it must be more tough, more able to determine life to support the family. Lectures are finished thinking about work. This can be an internship, if you can perform and produce, then [I think] career [I] here,” Revli said while talking with cartitleloansIndonesia.com, Tuesday (9/16).
According to the man born in 2003, it doesn’t matter if you have to explore it again if working in the mass media is not a career path and fortune.

Internet exposure from birth
Not only stamp as a generation that is less consistent, Gen Z is also labeled too fast old or adult before its time.Both Revli and Dian, both agreed that this was a consequence of their existence in the midst of the development of the digital era.
Since they were born, the internet has become something common.Unlike the millennial gene (Gen Y) that experiences transition before the internet enters and after the internet is entered, also Gen X that has not been touched by the internet.
Revli said the ease of obtaining information, even exposure to information without being asked to make Gen Z know some things that are not yet time to know.
“Like in our age in a dozen years, teenagers, many information entered like Dream Wedding, wedding tips have gotten from teenagers,” he said.
In addition, he said, exposure to information was so diverse and presented something only on the surface.This makes Gen Z, including him, confused because he knows many things but does not really master or explore one field.
Meanwhile, Dian sees exposure to information in the digital era in broad outlines carrying two impacts for her.On the one hand, he was encouraged to move forward, then on the other hand, there was a feeling of inferiority.
Social media allows him to see the lives of others with all their activities and achievements.Sometimes, he continued, it made him look to yourself why he could not do or achieve the same thing.
According to Dian, Gen Z who is adult quickly sometimes not only a matter of the development of the digital world, but also the situation.He told me, the father retired when he was in college, so he had not yet graduated, he had thought about getting a job immediately because there was a family that had to be borne.
“Fortunately there is a fortune, I can work but different from the field of college. I am a taxation lecture, work to be a marketing. I try to pursue the new field and finally there can be achievements in the second year,” he said.
After four years in the world of marketing, he decided to return to finance including taxation.Even though he had to study again, he was determined to be able to.Dian also had to face the stigma that Gen Z was not consistent and was not comfortable in one job.
“In the job now only three months. Maybe many people think that I will not feel at home. Even though my previous experience was four years and I was consistent,” he added.
“I want to change the stigma. I can pursue, there is fighting power and doing my best.”
