Former wife revealed Ans Kosasih borrowed a tail account

It had borrowed an account for fear of going to prison.
He was presented by the KPK prosecutor as a witness in a follow -up trial of the alleged corruption in managing investment funds at PT Taspen at the Corruption Court (Corruption Crimes) at the Central Jakarta District Court (PN), Monday (25/8).
In her testimony, Rina said her ex -husband had borrowed her account.This was done so that Kosasih was not subject to a legal process for suspicious money flowing into a personal account.
“Lastly there was a household talks before it was then decided by the court? Around 2019/2020?”asked the prosecutor in the trial.
“Finally there was a discussion, I think 2019 I think, as I recall,” Rina answered.

Rina admitted that there was a Kosasih greeting who asked to put money into her account.At that time, Kosasih said he could go to prison if the money was sent to his account.
“Has he ever asked Mother, this does not mean to repeat, about the language like this, ‘Later, please have money in but enter into your account.asked the prosecutor.
“There,” Rina answered confirmed
“When is that ma’am?”asked the prosecutor.
“If I’m not mistaken in September as I recall, 2020,” Rina answered.
He said he had asked the reason Kosasih wanted to put the money in question in his account, but there was no answer given.
“Don’t you ask what what is what?”asked the prosecutor.
“I have a question,” Rina answered.
“What is the answer?”asked the prosecutor.
“Yes, there is no answer, not giving information,” Rina answered.
Besides Rina, the KPK prosecutor in today’s hearing also summoned 20 other witnesses.
Kosasih together with the President Director of Insight Investments Management (IIM) Ekiawan Heri Primaryanto was charged with harming state finances up to Rp1 trillion in connection with the alleged corruption case in managing investment funds at PT Taspen.
The criminal act as regulated and threatened in Article 2 paragraph 1 or Article 3 juncto Article 18 of the Corruption Eradication Act (Corruption Act) juncto Article 55 paragraph 1 of the 1st of the Criminal Code.
