“This study observes whether it’s better to exercise for 15 minutes directly after eating three times a day, or exercising the same duration in the morning or evening,” Agiiar explained.
This study focuses on the elderly who are at risk of glucose intolerance.Research also found, those who walked immediately after eating had the lowest blood sugar response throughout the day.

The World Health Organization (WHO) itself has recommended adults to exercise moderate intensity for 150 minutes every week.
This suggestion is common for people with diabetes.However, Aguiar suggested everyone to do it.
“This is beneficial for everyone because it reduces the workload of the pancreas to handle excess blood sugar,” Aguiar said.
