“Well, there are extraordinary developments, there are chatbots, there are sending digital documents, there are sending manual documents. But what is clear, I revealed yesterday that 95 percent of law enforcement for traffic violations uses ETLE, 5 percent are manual tickets,” said Agus, quoting a written statement from Korlantas, quoted on Tuesday (14/10).
Even though there are still manual fines, Agus emphasized to all police not to carry out illegal levies (extortion), or transaction activities outside procedures.

“Add preventive, educational law enforcement using warnings. This means that there are no more stories, no more anecdotes, (about) transactions there,” said Agus.
In the future, Agus hopes that the traffic police will be able to become guardians, protectors and serve the community. He acknowledged that the current condition of the National Police requires real contributions from all levels to strengthen public trust.
“I convey that digital transformation is not just a tool for improving the law but a symbol of service transformation. We are talking about how we serve society in the current era. I have high hopes to be able to provide the best color to the ranks,” he said.
“This is our main priority to develop, to control, and of course it can be done and felt by the community,” continued Agus.
