Karina Ranau as the wife expressed deep sorrow after her husband,
Epy Kusnandar
, died on Wednesday (3/12).The actor who played Kang Mus Preman Pensiun died when he was 61 years old.
Karina revealed no further information regarding her husband’s latest condition.In the latest upload, he is seen crying in a hearse with Epy’s coffin inside.

“Papi, I love you so much pi. Forgive mother, pi, forgive mother, pi. I love you so much pi,” said Karina while crying in the video uploaded on Wednesday (3/12).
“My darling, I love you so much pi. Forgive mother, forgive mother papa, why didn’t you tell me so quickly. You didn’t tell mother pi, we were just about to have a plan pi,” he said without detailing the plan in question.
In the video, he appears to be accompanied by several relatives.Karina then apologized to everyone who knew Epy Kusnandar.

“I deliberately live here for everyone who loves my husband, please forgive all their sins, please forgive everyone who knows my husband, ask forgiveness for all their mistakes,” he said.

Epy Kusnandar and Karina Ranau have been married since July 27 2008. The marriage, which has lasted 17 years, was enlivened by the presence of a child.
In August 2025, Karina Ranau admitted that she would continue to fight to accompany Epy Kusnandar.The actor was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2010.
“I’m always there when he’s sick, healthy, sad, happy. Basically, always struggle with everything,” said Karina as seen on YouTube InsertLive.
Epy Kusnandar is also grateful that his wife is loyal to accompany him in happy and sad times.
“Hopefully we will be kept away from disaster. If there is a misunderstanding, that’s just the spice of marriage. For 17 years we have always had misunderstandings,” he said.
“If it wasn’t for a misunderstanding, we might have ended sometime. Keep it up, you misunderstood me,” said Epy Kusnandar.
Now, Epy Kusnandar has died.There is no detailed information regarding the cause of Epy Kusnandar’s departure.Karina only revealed that Kang Mus Preman Pensiun died at 14.24 WIB.
“Rakhmatullah Epy Kusnandar bin Erning Sutarsa has passed away,” read the condolence announcement.
Based on the information shared, Epy Kusnandar’s body was buried at the funeral home located at Harmony Residence 88 Jalan Pasir, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.
The funeral process is planned to take place on Thursday (4/12) at 08.00 WIB at Jeruk Purut TPU.
Epy Kusnandar is known as a senior actor who has been involved in the world of Indonesian entertainment for decades.He entered the world of acting through the soap opera 1 sister 7 Ponakan in 1996.
He also took part in a number of film, FTV and soap opera projects.
However, his acting that is best known to the general public is when he played Kang Mus in the soap opera and film Preman Pensiun.
