Persib defender, Julio Cesar, welcomed the arrival of the players because it was considered to be strengthening the composition of the defending champions of the Indonesian soccer competition.

Cesar also considered the arrival of Eliano, Thom, Jung, and Barba will bring internal competition that will bring the atmosphere both to Persib.
“With the addition of players, of course there will be healthy competition in the team. I think this is a good advantage and thing for Persib,” explained Cesar.
Persib started this season with less fierce.After winning 2-0 over Semen Padang, Maung Bandung lost to Persijap Jepara and drew with PSIM Yogyakarta.
The existence of the four new players could have given an injection of power for Persib in defending the title this season.
Eliano, Thom, Jung, and Barba have the potential to make debuts when Persib faces Persebaya Surabaya, Friday (12/9).
