Teguh continued, Kamtibmas monitoring is important to maintain order and security, especially the regions that occur various demonstrations, in accordance with the direction of the Minister of the Interior Tito Karnavian.
“Synergy must be continued must not stop. In Aceh yesterday it was relatively conducive, but in Java both DKI Jakarta, Central Java, East Java there were quite a lot of anarchist demonstrations,” he continued.
At the end of his direction, Teguh said that the Ministry of Home Affairs had issued an Appeal Letter for the Ministry of Home Affairs Number: 00.10.3/E-748/Polpum regarding the Appeal to Anticipate the Impact of Demonstrations by the Elements of the Community addressed to the Regional Head dated 2 September 2025.
Then followed by the issuance of the Ministry of Home Affairs Letter Number: 300.1/E.1/BAK, regarding the increase in the role of Satlinmas related to the conducivity of the Organization of Trantibumlinmas in the area addressed to the Regional Head on September 3, 2025.
In the same place, East Java Deputy Governor Emil Elestianto Dardak ensured that as many as 145 thousand Siskamling posts in East Java were ready to be activated.
As a breakthrough, East Java Siskamling will involve the generation (GEN) Z as a motorbike and public order.
“Siskamling is not really new. In fact in the field, there are as many as 145 thousand Siskamling posts in East Java that are ready to be activated,” said Deputy Governor Emil Dardak.
Emil also said that to involve the Z gene in Siskamling, it needs to use a lot of interesting ways.
“If the way is hit in the heart, Gen Z will be invited to join Siskamling, with the hope of realizing conducive East Java,” he added.
He emphasized that the East Java Provincial Government fully supports Siskamling’s activation, to be a tool in realizing the security and order of the community from the village and village level.
“The activation of Siskamling is not only because yesterday there was a riot, but actually Siskamling has been active in the community. In fact, all RWs already have Siskamling posts,” said Emil.
Although all RWs already have poskamling, but Emil said, it still needs rejuvenation.
Therefore, the East Java Provincial Government seeks to inventory the existing posts, including what facilities are owned at the post.
“Including later on how residents protect. And inventory the Siskamling post there is a handcuff too. But it must also be checked anyone who can use handcuffs and so on,” he said.
Emil asserted, the East Java Provincial Government together with the Regent/Mayor from 38 districts/cities in East Java responded seriously by the issuance of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
“There are 25 of 38 districts or cities that have followed up on the Ministry of Home Affairs circular. Hopefully all districts and cities can immediately follow up. We are optimistic that the active role of Satlinmas can create conducivity to order and public peace in the regions, through Kamtibmas, community protection can be carried out,” he added.
