Head of Sub Directorate I of the Directorate of Criminal Act of Siber Bareskrim Polri Kombes Rizki Agung Prakoso said the conclusion was found from the results of the examination of DNA samples owned by RK, Lisa and his son CA taken on Thursday (7/8).
“The National Police Pusdokkes has submitted the results of DNA examinations to investigators. With the results that RK and Sister LM’s sister with the initials CA did not have DNA or non-identified compatibility,” he said at a press conference on Wednesday (8/20).
Based on these results, Rizki said that his party would immediately conduct a case title to determine the status of Lisa Mariana as the reported in the case of alleged defamation.
“Regarding this information we will take steps to provide legal certainty. The closest step is we will do the case degree related to what steps we will take,” he said.
On that occasion, Karo Labdokkes Pusdokkes Polri Brigadier General Hastry Purwanti revealed that DNA testing was carried out on two samples originating from blood and saliva.
He detailed the DNA examination included sample examination, extraction, quantification, amplification, DNA typing with electroporosis capillaries, DNA profile analysis, and making DNA examination results.
Based on the results of the tests conducted from 8 to 12 August, Hastry said, half of the DNA profile of CA children proved to match Lisa Mariana’s DNA profile.However, half the other DNA has no compatibility with RK.
“Scientifically proven that genetically, Ca is a biological child of Lisa Mariana Presly Zulkandar not a biological child of Muhammad Ridwan Kamil,” he said.
Ridwan Kamil previously reported Lisa to the Criminal Investigation Police regarding alleged defamation.The report was made on Friday (11/4) and registered with the number LP/B/174/IV/2025/SPKT/Bareskrim Polri on April 11, 2025.
Meanwhile, the West Java High Prosecutor’s Office (Kejati West Java) has also received a Notification Letter of Investigation (SPDP) from the Criminal Investigation Police for the defamation case.
