Victor Hartono said he would again be involved in organizing the Indonesia Masters and Indonesia Open next year.
The statement was made by Victor in the midst of the implementation of Polytron Superliga Junior 2025. Victor explained that his party would again be involved in a number of important agendas next year.
“For Indonesian badminton, in 2026 we will again support the Indonesia Masters, Indonesia Open, Sirnas, National Championship, and the World Junior Championship.”
“Maybe about six years we are absent from the championships. Only we can now coordinate well with PBSI management at this time and can agree to work together,” Victor said.
Djarum Foundation had indeed been actively involved in organizing the Indonesia Open since the 2000s and followed by the Indonesia Masters in the 2010s.At the same time, Djarum Foundation also manages national circuits and makes a series of tournament series in several cities each year.
When held by the Djarum Foundation, Indonesia Open stole the attention and was chosen several times as the tournament with the best implementation.The audience’s atmosphere continued to jump sharply along with the passion to enjoy the organization of the Badminton Tournament at Istora Gelora Bung Karno.
In addition to being again involved in organizing the tournament above, the Djarum Foundation will also hold the Campus League event.
“Championship between universities and of course badminton is one of the mainstay branches. Beyond there are volleyball, basketball, futsal, and soccer,” said Victor.
