, South Sulawesi secured Bripka ML who committed sexual abuse of female prisoners.
Now, Bripka ML has been detained in the Luwu Police Propam Cell, South Sulawesi.
From the examination of Propam so far, Bripka ML is suspected of having committed acts of sexual violence against a female prisoner while carrying out the guardian duties.
“The perpetrators have carried out the action three times,” said Kasi Propam Luwu Police, AKP Mirwan Herlambang, Tuesday (12/8).
This case began when Bripka ML who was in charge of guard in the Luwu Police Cell Cells entered the detention room with the mode of wanting to urinate.However, when crossing the victim’s cell involved in the drug case, the perpetrators then launched the action.
“At that time the perpetrators of the Picket Guard Detention, but entered to urinate. When passing through the victim’s cell room, that’s where he launched the action and had time to commit violence against the victim,” he said.
Mirwan explained that this case was revealed after the victim reported to Propam.This case was mentioned since last July, but only reported by the victim this August.
“In July the perpetrators only touched the victim’s arm, as well as the two actions. However, in the three actions, the victim began to fret to the venture to report to the Propam for the incident,” he explained.
From the examination, Mirwan explained that the Bripka ML mode of harassment was three times.
“The perpetrators have carried out the action three times. In early July the perpetrators only felt the victim’s arm as well as the two actions. In his three actions the victim began to fret and finally ventured to report the incident to the Propam,” he explained.
As a result of his actions, Bripka ML was then arrested.Meanwhile, said Mirwan, undergoing the detention of the Luwu Police Propam Detention Cell.
“The person concerned has now been arrested,” he said.
Not only that, due to the act of Bripka ML was threatened with a sentence of ethics with sanctions for dismissal as a member of the National Police.
“If the evidence, witness testimony, the results of the examination, and the element of violation are complete, then the PTDH recommendations will be applied to the relevant person. This is a form of our commitment to uphold and maintain the honor of the institution,” said the Luwu Police Chief, AKBP Adnan Pandibu in its release.
