“Because it appears that Ilham has begun to be felt that he is targeted. For example he was a week before the incident did not park the car at his home, but was deposited by a security guard some distance from his house,” Ilham’s family lawyer, Boyamin Saiman told reporters on Wednesday (9/17).
Boyamin revealed that a car also had come to the residence of Ilham who was in Bogor in accordance with the address of the KTP.In fact, Ilham no longer lives in the house.
“It means he doesn’t know that his house is in Bogor, but actually in the BSD or South Tangerang area. But in fact visited the house in Bogor,” he said.
Not only that, said Boyamin, someone also came to the office where Ilham worked under the pretext of taking care of ATM cards.
“There are also people who want to take care of ATMs but do not bring KTP and so on. But ask to meet the branch leaders. So there are many facts that actually that Ilham has been targeted from the beginning,” he said.
“That invited does not want to. Because he does not want it, it must be taken and eliminated. That’s my highest option that the incident is that inspiration was taken to be eliminated,” he continued.
Referring to this fact, Boyamin also urged the police to implement Article 340 of the Criminal Code regarding planned murder to the suspects.
So far, the suspects are known to be charged under Article 328 of the Criminal Code concerning kidnapping and or Article 333 of the Criminal Code concerning Religion of Independence of someone with a maximum criminal threat of 12 years in prison.
“This is what we will communicate with investigators. Hopefully there will be a meeting point that Ilham is killed by planning,” he said.
Ilham, who is the Head of a Sub -Branch Office (KCP) of a bank in Central Jakarta, is a victim of kidnapping and murder.
Ilham’s body was found in the rice field area in Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency, Thursday (8/21) morning.Before being found dead, the victim was kidnapped in the parking lot of a shopping center in the Ciracas area, East Jakarta, Wednesday (8/20).
In this case, the police have arrested 15 suspects.One of them is Dwi Hartono, known as Crazy Rich Jambi and has an online tutoring business.
In addition to 15 suspects, two Army soldiers involved in the case were also named as suspects.Both are sergeant head (serka) n and coopral two (kopda) fh.
Based on the investigation, the motive was revealed behind the abduction and murder because he wanted to move money from a dormant account to a shelter account.Dormant accounts are accounts that are not used for transactions for at least three months.
“The motive of the perpetrators to carry out their actions, namely the perpetrators or suspects plan to transfer money from the dormant account to a shelter account that has been prepared,” said Director of the Jakarta Police Criminal Investigation Commissioner Wira Satya Triputra at a press conference on Tuesday (16/9).
