This was conveyed after a trial which took place at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (5/11).During the trial, Andre Taulany’s younger brother was presented as a witness.

Fahmi Bachmid as Andre’s attorney said that Andre’s younger brother Taulany was brought in to reveal his brother’s domestic situation with Erin in recent times.
“Andre’s younger brother also explained what was related to the problem. Including the fact that Andre had been separated from his residence for almost a year,” said Fahmi Bachmid as reported

Fahmi said that information was needed to strengthen the agreement between the two parties, Andre and Erin, to divorce.So, they present witnesses and evidence to fulfill the legal process.

“From the statements of the witnesses, we also revealed that there was peace between the two parties, where they agreed to divorce. So there is no longer a problem, but legally and legally administratively, it still has to be fulfilled,” he said.
“What is used as a guideline is the witness statement and also the peace deed. So legally they have agreed to divorce, administratively the law has also been fulfilled.”
Apart from Andre Taulany’s younger brother, another witness presented was Reza, who is the artist.Reza is certain to know Andre Taulany and Erin.
Andre Taulany and Rien Wartia Trigina alias Erin were previously confirmed to have agreed to divorce amicably, after a number of controversies that occurred between the two of them in recent times.
Andre Taulany is determined to divorce from Erin.The ongoing process is the fourth divorce attempt that Andre Taulany has filed for Erin.
On April 9 2025, Andre filed for divorce again for the third time.However, this application was also rejected by the Tigaraksa Religious Court through an interim decision on August 25 2025.
He also did not have a problem with the gana-gini assets related to his divorce process with Erin, “We are not discussing gana-gini assets. The assets belong to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala. They are just entrusted.”
The drama of their divorce was colored by a document that went viral on social media.The document allegedly contains the reasons Andre filed for divorce from Erin, including issues regarding his behavior and lifestyle which he considered problematic.
Following the distribution of these documents, Erin spoke up and threatened to expose Andre Taulany’s disgrace.
