Ana Ivanovic officially files for divorce from former German national team player,
Bastian Schweinsteiger
after being married for nine years.
Ivanovic filed this divorce suit after news emerged of a rift between the two at the beginning of this year.

The two first met in 2014. At that time, Schweinsteiger was still playing for the German giants, Bayern Munich, and then the two married in 2016.
According to the Bild report, Ivanovic has filed divorce papers with the Munich District Court in November 2025.
Ivanovic is said to be asking for child support in Palma de Mallorca.There, the former world number one tennis player lives with their three children, namely Luka, Leon and Teo.
