Corruption Eradication Commission (
KPK
) will reschedule the examination of the 3rd President of the President of the Republic of Indonesia BJ Habibie, Ilham Akbar Habibie.Ilham was previously scheduled to be examined as a witness to the alleged corruption case for advertising procurement at the West Java and Banten Regional Development Bank (BJB), Friday (8/22).
However, on the examination schedule yesterday, Ilham was unable to attend, so that the KPK resigned the summons of Ilham.
“He concerned there are other activities that have been traced, so they ask for a re -scheduling,” KPK Spokesman Budi Prasetyo said when confirmed, Saturday (8/23).
Ilham Habibie is a flight expert who is also a former candidate for Governor of West Java in the 2024 elections.
The KPK on Friday also called Lisa Mariana Presley Zulkandar.According to Budi, Lisa was examined as a witness related to the flow of money in the BJB case.
Meanwhile, the KPK has not submitted Ilham Habibie’s links in the BJB case, so an examination must be carried out.
The KPK has ensnared five people as suspects in a case of alleged corruption in the procurement of advertising at the BJB Bank, but has not yet been detained.
Even so, the KPK has written to the Directorate General of Immigration to prevent them from traveling abroad.
The suspects are former Managing Director of Bank BJB Yuddy Renaldi;Head of Bank BJB Corporate Secretary Division Widi Hartoto;Controller of the Antedja Muliatama and Horizon Kreasi Kin Asikin Dulmanan;BSC Advertising and PT Wahana Semesta Bandung Ekspres (WSBE) Suhendrik agency agency;and controlling PT Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama (CKSB) and PT Cipta Karya Mandiri (CKMB) Raden Sophan Jaya Kusuma.
The KPK suspected that there was an act of laws and laws in the procurement of advertising placements to a number of mass media which resulted in the state to lose up to Rp222 billion.

Just like Ilham, according to Budi, Sudewo claimed he could not attend because there were other needs.
“The person concerned has other scheduled needs, will be scheduled to re -examine the examination,” he said.
PK had previously confiscated Rp3 billion from Sudewo in handling alleged bribery cases related to the procurement project of goods and services at DJKA Kemenhub.

This is as regulated in Article 4 of the Corruption Eradication Act (Corruption Law).
